Book the whole property

At any time, you can book the whole property which means you’ll have the place to yourselves. Margot’s can sleep 12-13 guests comfortably (14 is possible, just let me know). There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms configured this way:

  • Room 1 - king / twin bed(s) with ensuite

  • Room 2 - king /twin bed(s) + comfortable double sofa bed with ensuite

  • Room 3 - king / twin bed(s) with ensuite

  • Room 4 - queen bed with shared bathroom

  • Room 5 - queen bed + single bed with shared bathroom

The house features a full kitchen where you’ll find all the bits and pieces you need to whip up your platter, cook a meal using local ingredients and enjoy the Martinborough wine you’ve picked up along the way. The living space is large and includes an open fire which is perfect for those cosy winter evenings. There is a dining area in the kitchen as well as a separate dining table in the living space. The other important details are:

  • Plenty of off-street parking

  • Fast wifi

  • Open fire and firewood

  • Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and other basics supplied

  • Large weber BBQ

  • All linen and towels provided

  • Two heat pumps and plenty of oil heaters

  • Washing machine / dryer

  • Outdoor furniture

October to April - $670 per night for up to four guests ($50 extra guest per night), two night minimum over weekends (bookings with eight or less people will also incur a flat $100 service fee)

May to September - $540 per night for up to four guests ($50 extra guest per night), two night minimum over weekends (bookings with eight or less people will also incur a flat $100 service fee)

Individual guest rooms

From Sunday to Thursday, the three guest rooms are available to book. Each feature a private en suite, tea and coffee facilities, heated towel rail, quality towels, crisp linen sheets, heating, and hairdryer. You are welcome to use the shared living space and kitchen facilities. Wifi, off-street parking and use of washing machine/dryer all available.

Room one and three can both sleep up to two people in a king or twin share set up - $190 per night

Room two can sleep up to 4 with a king or twin share + a comfortable double sofa bed. Room two also features a small living space. $190 per night for two guests, $25 per extra person per night
